PRIMAVERA P6 Foundation

Primavera P6 EPPM refers to Oracle’s Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management, which is considered as the most comprehensive and robust easy-to-use software solution for planning, controlling cost, managing resources, monitoring and controlling projects, programs and portfolios.
Oracle primavera is a cloud based software as a service solution is backed by global network of Oracle Project Portfolio Management Professionals and they assured security.

Primavera P6 is important for planning engineers, cost engineers, project managers.
Not only Planners need to learn Primavera, but also, project managers, program and portfolio managers, so that they can get access to the project management database, and they can extract as many reports as needed for their projects’ progress, performance numbers, expenditures and critical path activities that support decision-making process during the project/program execution lifecycle.

Level 1 course is planned for 30 hours of classroom sessions including practice. Or 18 hours classroom session if the session will be only slide show and the practice will be @ home.
Level 2 course is a condensed one designed for those who know the fundamentals of Primavera. It is planned for 24 hours of classroom sessions including practice or 18 hours slide show only.
Course Benefits

Foundation level: In this level, we will cover the software functions through the context of a real example of a project from scratch. After this course, you should understand the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management environment in Primavera, understand Enterprise Project Structure (EPS) and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the differences between them, the implication and how to build it in Primavera. You also will be able to create a project, enter the activities and activity attributes, build the logical links, manage and assign calendars, manage user preferences, create resource dictionary, assign roles and resources, analyze resources and costs, baselining the project, apply actuals during project execution.
Advanced Level: In this level, you will be able to use advanced features of Primavera such as global changes, reporting, dashboards, earned value, bucket planning, resource levelling, manage risks.
